I am delighted to confirm I will once again be exhibiting in The Wedding Cake Showroom at Squires Kitchen 26th Annual Sugarcraft and Chocolate Exhibition from 9th to 12th March 2012 at The Farnham Maltings. On Friday 9th March I will also be taking part in a live wedding cake demonstration to show the decoration and finishing touches being added to a wedding cake. Time permitting I will also show how some of my sugar flowers are made.

There are still dates available for 2012 weddings at this time so please call or email to confirm my availability now to avoid disappointment. You will need to have confirmed flower details with your florist before booking a design consultation/tasting if you wish to include flowers in your cake design. Some dates I can sadly no longer offer due to being fully booked. I will also be accepting date reservations for autumn/winter 2012 and 2013 now. Securing a date ensures you have someone available to make your cake when required but allows you more time to think about ideas and designs over the coming months.
